Factory Manager

Industry: Manufacturing (Styrofoam Products)

Job Description:

• Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure efficient factory performance.
• Oversee day-to-day factory operations, including workforce management and raw material planning to maintain smooth production flow.
• Review and monitor production reports, ensuring adherence to quality control standards.
• Supervise maintenance activities, review maintenance reports, and ensure timely upkeep of equipment.
• Manage procurement of spare parts, ensuring proper quality checks and approvals.
• Evaluate machinery requirements and drive initiatives to enhance equipment performance.
• Oversee all forms of production planning, including daily and monthly production schedules, work allocation, and mould change procedures.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination between the Sales and Production departments.
• Develop and execute business plans to meet sales, revenue, and expense objectives, while tracking progress regularly.
• Supervise the sales team by setting individual targets, and providing training, motivation, and guidance.
• Oversee logistics and delivery operations to ensure timely dispatches and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory, stock movements, and store activities for accurate daily transactions.
• Manage administrative and office functions, ensuring efficiency in in-house operations.
• Supervise documentation processes and communication between the office, customers, and departments for smooth workflow.
• Coordinate with relevant ministries to manage customs exemptions, quality controls, and compliance requirements.
• Track ministry-related requests, credits, analyses, and test reports to ensure timely follow-up and completion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Umm al-Quwain City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
