1. Product Development
Preparing and executing new product launch processes
Analyzing competition / market and identify competitive issues
Corresponding with the factory and HQ division on a regular basis to support product and marketing communications for the local team
New Product Introduction Event – Industry show and Training Event Support
Supporting Marketing for the production of marketing material & tools and training modules
Supply Chain Management support: Supply bottleneck issue finding and solving
2. Sales & Operation
Monitoring production / shipping schedules / logistics with HQ / Factory
Reviewing the forecast and setting up Yearly/Month Sales target / Sales deduction
Analyzing profit & loss by Model / Project / Product group
Preparing and analyzing the sales and operations for each product group: highlights and presents to the business the status of the business on a weekly basis and monthly basis
Managing B2B Pipeline(Backlog, Long pending backlog, Spec-in / Award)
3. B2B Management
Working closely with Product Manager / Sales for awarding B2B Project by analyzing profit, supporting requirement
B2B CRM Marketing support (Factory Trip, Seminar, Gift, TMM, ABM)
Preparing team Pipeline S&OP material by using Sales force / AO Module system
Supporting Hybrid sales scheme (Disty/Direct)
Working closely with B2B related internal/external party/company그 외 자격요건
1. Relevant experience(s) & duration
At least 1-3 year sales/marketing or product management experience to drive projects, managing and building new relationships with internal and external partners, and building team spirit
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration preferred
Understanding HVAC business & having experience with Global manufacturer Overseas Subsidiary is a plus
2. Knowledge and skills (general and technical)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Direct Communication with Key Account Managers and Customers) in order to be the center point of all BU related communications
Experience with launching new products, demonstrating i.e. leading and providing direction to people from sales, supply chain, marketing, and factory
Bilingualism: Proficiency in multiple languages (English/Korean)

Strong analytical capabilities
Strong advanced Excel, Power point skills
