Factory Officer

About Us:
We are a leading manufacturer in the furniture, fabrics, and carpets sector, committed to delivering high-quality products to our clients. We are seeking a proactive and skilled Factory Officer to oversee daily production operations and ensure smooth factory workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day factory operations and production activities.
• Coordinate with cutting, stitching, weaving, finishing, and packing departments.
• Ensure production targets are achieved within timelines while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor material usage, reduce wastage, and improve workflow efficiency.
• Maintain accurate production records, attendance logs, and daily reports.
• Support quality checks and ensure compliance with factory standards.
• Coordinate with management for production planning and timely issue resolution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Textile, Industrial, Production, or Mechanical field.
• 2–5 years of factory experience in furniture, fabric, or carpet manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of factory processes and production flow.
• Ability to manage labor and coordinate multiple departments effectively.
• Good reporting and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in export-oriented or bulk production units.
• Basic knowledge of production costing and inventory control.
