Factory Supervisor

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Factory Supervisor to manage sheet metal duct fabrication. The role involves overseeing daily production, ensuring quality as per SMACNA/ASHRAE standards, managing manpower, and enforcing safety practices.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise duct fabrication and meet production deadlines.
• Check materials, minimize wastage, and control resources.
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards.
• Lead and motivate fabricators, helpers, and operators.
• Ensure HSE compliance and machine maintenance.
• Coordinate with project teams and prepare reports.

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in duct fabrication, including 2+ years in supervision.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication standards and processes.
• Leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• School degree or higher.
