Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily warehousing activities. You will be responsible for implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards, while achieving the required volume targets within set timeframes.

Ultimately, you should be able to ensure that daily operations run smoothly and meet or exceed performance expectations.

Responsibilities:

Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching, and ensuring the quality of goods.

Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee performance.

Organize and maintain inventory and the storage area.

Ensure accuracy in shipments and inventory transactions.

Communicate job expectations clearly and coach employees for continuous improvement.

Determine staffing levels and assign workloads accordingly.

Interface with the customer care team to answer questions or resolve issues.

Maintain accurate records of items, document necessary information, and use reports to assess warehouse status.

Identify areas for improvement and implement innovative or enhanced work procedures and practices.
