Experience Required: 2–3 Years (UAE Experience Mandatory)
Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred (Urgent Requirement)

Job Summary

We are urgently looking for a Factory Supervisor with hands-on experience in joinery factory management. The candidate should be capable of supervising daily factory operations, manpower coordination, attendance tracking, and preparation of daily and monthly reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the joinery factory
• Monitor production activities and ensure work is completed as per schedule
• Manage and coordinate factory manpower effectively
• Prepare and maintain daily work done reports
• Prepare and control attendance records and timesheets
• Ensure proper usage of materials, tools, and machinery
• Coordinate with management, site team, and production staff
• Ensure safety, discipline, and housekeeping within the factory
• Report delays, issues, or shortages to management on time

Requirements

• 2–3 years of UAE experience in a joinery or interior fit-out factory
• Strong knowledge of joinery factory operations and workflows
• Experience in attendance management and report preparation
• Ability to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
• Interior fit-out and joinery experience is a strong advantage
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Immediate availability preferred
