POSITION : Factory Supervisor - Joinery

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Joinery Factory Supervisor with strong experience in interior fit-out and bespoke joinery manufacturing to join our UAE-based team. The ideal candidate will oversee the complete joinery production process—from shop drawings and material coordination to factory production, quality control, and final delivery—ensuring high standards of craftsmanship, efficiency, and timely execution for high-end interior projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily factory operations related to joinery production, including cutting, assembly, finishing, and polishing works.
• Review shop drawings, material specifications, and production schedules to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with design, technical, and site teams to ensure seamless integration between factory production and site installation.
• Ensure all joinery works meet quality standards, approved samples, and client expectations.
• Monitor manpower, machinery, and material usage to optimize productivity and minimize waste.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and resolve technical or production issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and factory operational standards.
• Assist in production planning, budgeting, and procurement of raw materials, hardware, and finishes.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and accessories.
• Prepare production reports, quality records, and documentation for handover and project close-out.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Joinery Factory Supervisor, preferably within interior fit-out projects in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of joinery materials, finishes, hardware, and manufacturing techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical details.
• Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple production priorities.
• Experience with high-end residential, hospitality, or commercial fit-out projects is preferred.
