Factory Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Factory Supervisor to oversee daily factory operations, production activities, manpower supervision, and quality control. The ideal candidate should have experience managing factory workers, ensuring production targets are achieved, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with production and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily factory operations and production activities.
• Monitor productivity and ensure production targets are completed on time.
• Allocate tasks and manage factory workers, machine operators, and helpers.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained during manufacturing and fabrication processes.
• Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
• Coordinate with procurement, store, and project departments for production planning.
• Ensure machines, tools, and equipment are properly maintained.
• Implement and monitor health and safety procedures in the factory.
• Prepare daily production reports and manpower attendance records.
• Resolve operational issues and maintain smooth workflow.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the factory floor.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Factory Supervisor in UAE/GCC.
• Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, interior fit-out, joinery, or industrial production preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to handle production planning and factory coordination.
• Knowledge of factory safety standards and quality procedures.
• Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.
• Experience in interior fit-out/joinery factory is preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
