Factory Technician / Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily factory operations related to aluminium and glass production.
• Monitor workforce productivity and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Coordinate with management for timely execution of projects.
• Maintain machinery, tools, and production equipment.
• Ensure quality control of raw materials and finished products.
• Manage inventory levels and stock reporting.
• Lead and train factory staff to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

• DAE (Mechanical & Electrical).
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in a relevant field.
• Strong technical knowledge of factory processes.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage teams and meet deadlines effectively.
