Famale Costumer Care Officer

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Sales Representative to join our expanding team. This versatile role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and hands-on experience with online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via online chat, email, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
• Process and manage customer orders through our Shopify store.
• Coordinate with courier partners (Leopard & TCS) to ensure timely order dispatch and delivery.
• Handle customer complaints, returns, and follow-ups in a professional and efficient manner.
• Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
• Create and schedule engaging content to promote our products and brand.
• Track and analyze social media performance and customer feedback.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service and/or social media management.
• Familiarity with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Basic knowledge of shipping and logistics (experience with Leopard/TCS is a plus).
• Creative mindset for content creation and customer engagement.
• Fluency in English and Urdu preferred.
