Family Law Attorney

The minimum qualifications for this positions requires current admission to the North carolina Bar and no less than one year experience practicing family/domestic law. Including, but not limited to, separation, support, custody, & equitable distribution.

The ideal candidate is a team player with signifcant experience consulting with clients, negotiating with opposing counsel, and trying cases in domestic court.

Starting salary is commensurate with experience. Annual performance bonus and salary reviews. Relocation assistance.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
