Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Attorney with 8-10 years of experience in family law to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law litigation and settlement negotiations, excellent client communication skills, and the ability to independently manage a caseload.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and independently handle family law cases from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements
• Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, and depositions
• Provide strategic legal counsel on issues involving custody, support, property division, and related matters
• Maintain regular communication with clients and opposing counsel
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff as needed

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in [State]
• 8-10 years of experience practicing family law
• Strong litigation and courtroom experience
• Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision
