Family Law Attorney - Junior Associate

Happ Law Group P.C. was established in 2007 as a law firm whose mission is to provide individuals involved in family law proceedings, such as divorce, child custody or domestic violence actions, with a lawyer who is highly effective, responsive and cost-efficient. We are a growing law firm seeking new and motivated attorneys to join our team as a Junior Associate Attorney (0–3 years of family law experience).

Position Details for Junior Associate Attorney
As a Junior Associate, you will assist senior attorneys with various aspects of casework while gradually building and managing a small caseload of your own. Candidates will gain immediate experience drafting family law pleadings and preparing financial disclosures and should be ready to obtain courtroom experience quickly. This is an in-person position (no remote work).

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
• California State Bar License is required

Base Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
