Family Law Paralegal

What You'll Be Doing

You will work directly with attorneys to support active litigation matters and ensure cases move forward efficiently.

  • Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and financial affidavits
  • Prepare case materials for hearings, mediation, and trial
  • Maintain organized digital case files
  • Coordinate filings and deadlines with courts and opposing counsel
  • Communicate with clients to collect documents and case information
  • Track case progress in Clio Manage

What Success Looks Like

  • Maintain 98%+ document accuracy
  • Manage 20–40 active cases simultaneously
  • Prepare standard legal documents within 24 hours
  • Meet deadlines consistently
  • Maintain highly organized case files
  • Support attorneys in efficient case progression

Qualifications

  • 5+ years litigation paralegal experience (family law preferred)
  • Experience drafting pleadings, discovery, and litigation documentation
  • Strong organizational and document management skills
  • Experience with Clio or similar case management systems
  • Ability to manage multiple active cases simultaneously
  • Strong written communication and proofreading skills
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
  • Must be able to work in-office

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
