We are a boutique Wealth Management firm based in Rochelle Park, NJ. We work with a select group of high-net-worth individuals and families, providing personalized wealth management with a level of attention you simply won’t find at a large firm. We’re now building something new: a family office-style service that gives our clients a dedicated resource for the financial details that matter most to their day-to-day lives.

That’s where you come in.

The Role

As our Family Office Associate, you’ll be the point person for expense management, cash flow oversight, and financial organization for a carefully selected group of our clients. This isn’t a back-office role — you’ll work directly alongside our partners and interact with clients who expect a high level of attention, discretion, and care.

What You’ll Do

• Track and organize client expenses across accounts and entities
• Build and maintain cash flow and budgeting frameworks tailored to each household
• Monitor liquidity so clients are always properly funded, and nothing falls through the cracks
• Review spending patterns and identify irregularities
• Coordinate with external advisors — CPAs, attorneys, and others in the client’s circle
• Prepare clear, polished reports summarizing spending, cash flow, and upcoming needs
• Support clients with financial organization and the occasional ad hoc requests

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years of experience in accounting, family office, or financial operations
• Strong with numbers and even stronger with details
• Highly organized and process-driven, but flexible enough to shift when priorities change
• Comfortable — and genuinely good — interacting with sophisticated, high-net-worth clients
• Someone who takes initiative without being asked and follows through
• Discreet, professional, and trustworthy

What we Offer

• Base salary $65,000-$70,000

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
