Family Office Finance Manager (Founder Juice)

Role Overview

Lead and oversee the full financial, tax, legal, governance and administrative functions of a private single-principal family office. Act as a trusted advisor to the Shareholders and CEO, ensuring strategic financial management, regulatory compliance, wealth preservation, and operational efficiency across corporate entities and personal structures.


Financial Leadership & Reporting

  • Oversee the complete finance function across all group entities.
  • Prepare annual IFRS-compliant financial statements and coordinate external audits, ensuring timely statutory filings (including DMCC and other regulatory portals).
  • Deliver comprehensive monthly reporting to the CEO and Shareholders, including:
– Consolidated management accounts
– Budget vs. actual analysis
– Cash flow reporting
– Net Asset Value (NAV) of assets under management
  • Maintain full accounting records, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
  • Oversee treasury management including banking relationships, liquidity planning, petty cash, and working capital management.
  • Prepare and manage quarterly funding requests to support both corporate and personal expenditure requirements.
  • Monitor liquidity across all entities to ensure sufficient funding to meet operational and personal obligations.

Personal & Shareholder Advisory

  • Provide confidential support to Shareholders on personal financial and administrative matters.
  • Deliver monthly personal financial reporting, including:
– Expense analysis vs. budget
– Consolidated liquidity position
– Funding requirements
  • Coordinate investment, banking, and KYC matters.
  • Act as a trusted financial partner in long-term wealth preservation, estate planning coordination, and strategic structuring decisions.

Tax Strategy & Compliance

  • Advise Shareholders on the tax implications of business and personal activities, including compliance requirements, filing deadlines, and estimated liabilities.
  • Coordinate cross-jurisdictional tax advisors to manage personal and corporate tax filings.
  • Ensure all filings, extensions, and payments are submitted accurately and within statutory deadlines.
  • Lead tax planning initiatives to optimise the Shareholders’ global tax position within legal frameworks.
  • Monitor tax refunds and maintain up-to-date tax documentation across all entities and individuals.
  • Oversee UAE VAT and Corporate Tax registrations, filings, payments, and refund claims

Legal, Governance & Corporate Compliance

  • Oversee company formations, restructurings, and maintenance of statutory corporate records.
  • Manage KYC requirements in relation to investments, banking relationships, and legal matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and coordinate board and shareholder resolutions and minutes.
  • Maintain and regularly update the corporate structure chart and ownership records.
  • Manage third-party advisors including legal counsel, tax advisors, auditors, banks, and regulators.
  • Ensure compliance with Economic Substance Regulations and cross-jurisdictional regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee renewal of trade licences and corporate registrations across all jurisdictions.
  • Design and implement internal control frameworks to safeguard assets.
  • Monitor financial governance policies, including treasury controls and segregation of duties.
  • Oversee risk mitigation strategies across financial, regulatory, and operational areas.

HR & Administration Oversight

  • Prepare monthly payroll processing, adjustments, bonuses and employee communications.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and employment regulations.
  • Manage end-of-service calculations and documentation.
  • Oversee health insurance, third-party liability coverage and risk protection policies.
  • Support Household Managers with renewal processes and operational coordination.
  • Conduct monthly budget review meetings with Household Management to ensure cost control and alignment with approved budgets.


Requirements

  • Professional qualification (CPA / ACCA / CA) required; Big 4 training highly desirable.
  • 8+ years progressive finance experience, ideally within private wealth or family office environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of cross-border tax matters (including U.S. tax exposure preferred).
  • Financial modelling and analytical capability.
  • Exceptional discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling confidential family matters.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
