Farmers (2 couples, Male & Female)

Position Overview:
The Farmer is responsible for managing daily agricultural activities, including cultivating crops, raising livestock, maintaining farm equipment, and ensuring the overall productivity and sustainability of the farm. This role requires physical stamina, practical skills, and strong knowledge of farming practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare soil and plant crops according to seasonal requirements.
• Monitor crop growth and manage irrigation, fertilization, and pest control.
• Harvest crops and ensure proper storage and handling.
• Feed, care for, and monitor the health of livestock (if applicable).
• Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of all farming areas.
• Record daily farm activities such as planting dates, harvest yields, livestock health, and equipment usage.
• Follow safety and environmental regulations and ensure sustainable farming practices.
• Assist in purchasing seeds, fertilizers, and farming supplies as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors, buyers, or supervisors for farm operations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in farming or agriculture preferred.
• Knowledge of crop cultivation, soil management, and livestock care.
• Ability to operate and maintain farm equipment and tools.
• Good physical stamina and ability to work long hours, including outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Basic record-keeping abilities.
• Ability to follow health, safety, and environmental standards.

Educational Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Training or certification in agriculture or farm management is an advantage.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift heavy loads, stand for long periods, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Comfortable working under sun exposure, rain, or cold weather conditions.
