Fashion Consultant

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and creative Fashion Consultant who can guide customers with styling choices, understand their preferences, and enhance their overall shopping experience. You will play a key role in strengthening Chidiyaa’s brand by helping customers discover styles that reflect their individuality while staying true to our sustainable ethos.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand customers’ body types, personal style, and preferences to suggest suitable outfits and styling tips.
• Assist clients in selecting garments, accessories, and coordinating looks.
• Provide styling guidance for special occasions (festivals, weddings, office wear, casuals, etc.).
• Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
• Stay updated with fashion trends, fabrics, and Chidiyaa’s collections to offer the best suggestions.
• Collaborate with the sales & marketing team for styling shoots, events, and campaigns.
• Handle customer queries both in-store and online with empathy and product knowledge.
• Maintain VM (Visual Merchandising) standards in the store and ensure products are displayed aesthetically.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Communication, Styling, or a related field.
• 0- 1 years of experience as a stylist, fashion consultant, or customer-facing role in the fashion industry.
• Strong understanding of fabrics, silhouettes, and styling techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to connect with diverse clients and boost their confidence through styling.
• Passion for sustainable fashion and storytelling.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ethnic/Indian wear styling.
• Knowledge of color theory and accessorizing.
• Social media-savvy; able to create quick styling reels or stories if needed.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
