Job Overview:
Molly Jo Collection LLC is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and promotion of our fashion collections. This role is ideal for someone passionate about style, trends, and brand storytelling, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate fashion shoots, events, and seasonal collection launches
• Assist in styling outfits for campaigns, lookbooks, and social media content
• Work closely with designers, marketing teams, and external vendors
• Monitor current fashion trends and provide insights for upcoming collections
• Organize inventory, samples, and wardrobe pieces for shoots and events
• Support visual merchandising and in-store displays (if applicable)
• Manage schedules, timelines, and logistics for fashion-related projects
• Ensure brand consistency across all styling and promotional activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in fashion coordination, styling, or retail (preferred)
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, fabrics, and styling techniques
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative environment
