About Us:
Pluch Designs is a fast-growing fashion brand dedicated to delivering high-quality, stylish, and trendsetting apparel. We are looking for a creative and passionate Fashion Designer with at least 3 years of industry experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and develop new clothing designs aligned with brand identity and seasonal trends.
• Research current fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and silhouettes.
• Develop sketches, CADs, and technical drawings for new collections.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure design accuracy and quality.
• Select appropriate fabrics, trims, and embellishments for each design.
• Assist in fittings, size adjustments, and product development.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely sourcing and production.
• Maintain brand consistency while bringing fresh and innovative design ideas.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Fashion Designer.
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and fashion trends.
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc.).
• Excellent sketching and visualisation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
