Type: Full-Time (Saturday – Thursday, 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM)

Mthalath Boutique is looking for a talented, creative, and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our boutique team. This role is ideal for someone who loves fashion, understands modern trends, and can turn ideas into beautiful, wearable pieces.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop seasonal collections and new styles aligned with the boutique’s brand identity.
• Create sketches, mood boards, and design concepts for women’s fashion and boutique collections.
• Select fabrics, trims, colors, and details suitable for the designs and target customers.
• Work closely with tailors/pattern makers to ensure accurate pattern cutting, fitting, and finishing.
• Conduct fittings, make adjustments, and ensure high-quality final production.
• Coordinate with the shop team to understand customer preferences and best-selling styles.
• Manage design timelines and support product launches for Ramadan, Eid, and seasonal campaigns.
• Maintain design records (spec sheets, measurements, fabric references) and ensure consistency.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Fashion Designer (boutique, atelier, or ready-to-wear experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, tailoring, pattern cutting, and garment construction.
• Ability to sketch designs and communicate ideas clearly (manual or digital).
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and trend awareness.
• Organized, reliable, and able to work full-time on-site.
• Experience with design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, etc.) is a plus.
