Job Overview

Mahum Asad is a luxury pret brand known for refined aesthetics, premium craftsmanship, and contemporary silhouettes. We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Fashion Designer who can translate brand vision into commercially successful luxury pret collections while maintaining the highest design and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop luxury pret collections in line with the Mahum Asad brand identity
• Research fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and silhouettes relevant to the luxury pret market
• Create design sketches, mood boards, and detailed technical drawings
• Select appropriate fabrics, embellishments, trims, and color palettes
• Coordinate with pattern makers, tailors, and production teams to ensure accurate execution of designs
• Oversee sample development, fittings, and design corrections
• Ensure designs are commercially viable while maintaining luxury aesthetics
• Work closely with the creative, marketing, and merchandising teams for collection launches
• Maintain quality control and consistency across all designs
• Meet seasonal deadlines and manage multiple design projects simultaneously

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in luxury pret or high-end fashion (Pakistani market preferred)
• Strong understanding of fabric behavior, tailoring, and garment construction
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools
• Excellent sense of color, proportion, and detailing
• Knowledge of embroidery techniques and embellishment styles
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
