Fashion Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Fashion Designer to join our team at The Cutting Studios. This role is ideal for a designer who can combine creativity with strong technical and production knowledge, managing the full lifecycle from concept to final delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of garment construction, client management, and production processes, with the ability to translate client needs into high-quality, bespoke outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and present custom design concepts, sketches, and mood boards based on client requirements and brand direction.

* Manage the end-to-end production process, including fabric selection, pattern development, and garment execution.

* Conduct client fittings, oversee alterations, and ensure final garments meet the highest standards of fit and craftsmanship.

* Stay up to date with fashion trends, materials, and techniques, integrating them into design solutions when relevant.

* Coordinate with suppliers, ateliers, and vendors to source high-quality materials and ensure cost-effective production.

* Maintain accurate documentation for each project, including client preferences, measurements, and production notes.

* Provide professional styling and design guidance to clients, ensuring a premium experience.

* Ensure all projects are delivered on time, in line with agreed timelines and studio standards.

* Handle client feedback and concerns with professionalism, offering effective and solution-oriented responses.

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Fashion Designer (preferably in bespoke / atelier / studio environments).

* Strong knowledge of pattern making, garment construction, and fabric selection.

* Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.

* Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

* High attention to detail and commitment to quality.

* Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, hand sketching, etc.).

* Experience working with production teams and suppliers is a strong advantage.

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
