Fashion Designer (Male/Female)

Job Description

Prime Ventures General Trading L.L.C is seeking a Fashion Designer with strong creativity and technical expertise to join our team in Dubai.
The role involves designing, sourcing, and developing prototypes for modest and Arabic women’s clothing. We’re looking for someone who understands Islamic fashion aesthetics and can blend modern design with cultural elegance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop modest fashion collections, including abayas, dresses, and contemporary Arabic wear.
• Create sketches, color palettes, and mood boards for seasonal collections.
• Source high-quality fabrics and trims locally and internationally.
• Oversee prototype development, fittings, and production coordination.
• Work closely with suppliers, pattern makers, and tailors to ensure precision and style consistency.
• Stay updated on modest fashion and regional trends.
• Present design concepts to management and prepare samples for review.

Requirements

• Open to male and female candidates of any nationality.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in women’s clothing design, preferably in modest or Arabic fashion.
• Degree or Diploma in Fashion Design (mandatory).
• Knowledge of fabric types, garment construction, and pattern cutting.
• Creative mindset with strong visualization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple design projects under deadlines.
• Must be based in Dubai and available to work from the office.
