Fast Food Head Chef

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head Chef to lead our fast-food kitchen operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining food quality, speed of service, hygiene standards, and team performance while ensuring consistent taste and presentation across all menu items.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and food preparation
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and portion control of all menu items
  • Develop and implement standard recipes and kitchen SOPs
  • Manage kitchen staff scheduling, training, and performance
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
  • Monitor food costs, wastage, and inventory control
  • Coordinate with procurement and store teams for timely supply
  • Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality food safety regulations
  • Handle customer feedback and implement improvements

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a fast-food or QSR environment
  • Strong knowledge of fast-food operations and high-volume kitchens
  • Experience in staff management and kitchen leadership
  • Sound knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and hygiene standards
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet service timelines
  • Creative mindset for menu improvement and cost control
