Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist – Protein Puck

Protein Puck is a fast-growing natural nutrition bar company trusted by endurance athletes and the official end-of-race snack for Spartan Race events across the United States. We are seeking a reliable AP/AR Specialist to support our growing operations.

This role is responsible for managing vendor payments, invoicing customers, tracking receivables, reconciling accounts, and helping maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate is punctual, precise, highly organized, and dependable, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and payments (AP)
• Generate invoices and track collections (AR)
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation
• Support monthly financial reporting and accounting operations

Qualifications

• 5+ years AP/AR or bookkeeping experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
