Façade Engineer

Profile Overview:

An ideal candidate will be responsible in comprehending and completing assigned projects within the

stipulated time line. The candidate will have the ability to trouble shoot, follow instructions and achieve

ideal end results. We are looking for a flexible, detail-oriented team player with the ability to manage

multiple tasks, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines.

The salary range discussed during hiring is indicative only. Salary offers are made based on the

candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of

the position, as well as internal and market factors and grade profile.

A background check will be required after a conditional job offer is made. Consideration of the background

check will be tailored to the requirements of the job.

Responsibilities:

• Undertake the design, engineering and documentation, provide specialist input, resolve technical

problems and ensure quality of products and services on projects undertaken by the team;

• Work closely with the Team Leader or Project Leader on all technical matters relating to the

projects;

• Assist the project teams with all aspect of project implementation, including but not limited to site

and factory inspection, quality, audits, reports preparation, etc

• Works on defined tasks under limited supervision with some autonomy
• Responsible for checking the quality and accuracy of own work
• Responsible for the production of routine letters and/or reports and other documents from

standard templates

• Represent the team/group/profession/discipline at external meetings
• Undertake liaison and coordination with other designers, including architects, and other

consultants

• Handle routine contract administration for office and project procedures
• Responsible for meeting agreed deadlines
• Perform structural and thermal design and analysis calculations using governing codes and

standards, engineering formulas, skills and experience

• Use computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to prepare façade

engineering design documents

• Research design options and document findings
• Demonstrate capability and experience in managing and performing projects in a fast paced

environment.

Qualification, Experience and Skills Required:

• 4 - 8 years of relevant work experience
• Experienced in Façade Detailing in CAD and Revit Modeling
• Experience in façade/curtain wall detailing & drafting
• B. Tech/Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
• Knowledge in Logikal software will be an added advantage.
• Be a team player in various Façade projects
• Must be highly adaptive and possess good communication skills
• Achieve the work targets as specified by the Team Lead.

Pay: ₹364,660.46 - ₹1,560,243.60 per year
