Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Engineer – Aluminum & Façade to support the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of façade and aluminum projects based in Al Quoz, Dubai.

The ideal candidate will work closely with design, procurement, planning, QA/QC, factory, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with project specifications and UAE regulations. This position requires strong technical knowledge of façade systems, excellent coordination abilities, and hands-on project execution experience.

Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing aluminum and façade works from design stage through final handover.
• Support development of project timelines, manpower plans, and resource allocation.
• Ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved as per contract requirements.

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with design, QA/QC, planning, procurement, fabrication, logistics, and site teams for seamless project flow.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers for approvals and technical clarifications.
• Attend internal and external progress and coordination meetings.

Technical Review & Documentation

• Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, RFIs, and technical documents prior to submission.
• Ensure all documentation aligns with project specifications and approved standards.
• Maintain updated logs for drawings, approvals, and revisions.

Site Monitoring & Quality Compliance

• Monitor on-site activities related to curtain wall installation, glazing, cladding, louvers, skylights, and finishing works.
• Verify compliance with approved drawings, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Coordinate inspections with consultants and clients and ensure timely closure of comments/snags.

Progress Tracking & Reporting

• Track daily and weekly site progress, material deliveries, and manpower productivity.
• Prepare progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and status updates for management.
• Identify risks or delays and propose corrective actions.

Cost & Contract Support

• Assist in cost monitoring, variation orders, and change management documentation.
• Support quantity verification, BOQ tracking, and budget control activities.
• Contribute to claim documentation and contractual correspondence when required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
• 3–12 years of relevant experience in aluminum and façade projects within the UAE/GCC.
• Strong technical understanding of façade systems including unitized and stick curtain walls, glazing, ACP cladding, louvers, and skylights.
• Proven experience coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and material suppliers.
• Familiarity with UAE construction practices, authority approvals, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project documentation tools.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
