F&B Consultant

On behalf of our client, a leading KSA conglomerate, we are seeking a F&B Consultant to support with evolution of restaurant business with multiple awards and a strong local brand. It is expected that a 6-month contract would be offered initially with the potential for a full time role to follow.

The idea candidate will have experience in:

• Restaurant profitability enhancement
• F&B cost analysis and reductions
• Menu development
• Some experience in cloud kitchens would also be beneficial but no essential

For ease we prefer a candidate based in KSA and able to join within 1 month.
