About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented F&B professional to support the expansion of our franchise restaurant, café, and cloud kitchen brands across the UAE. The role combines market research, franchise management, and operational execution, including concept evaluation, new outlet setup, franchise partner support, and ensuring brand standards are maintained. Ideal for someone who enjoys both data analysis and hands-on operational involvement.
What You’ll Do
Market Research & Feasibility
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and feasibility studies for new F&B concepts and franchise opportunities
- Evaluate potential franchise brands for UAE/GCC market fit, including consumer demand, pricing positioning, and category saturation
- Support site selection through footfall analysis, demographic mapping, and location due diligence
- Conduct menu benchmarking and pricing analysis against competitors and category trends
Franchise & Brand Launch Support
- Support end-to-end pre-opening activities for new restaurants, cafés, and cloud kitchens—from concept approval through to opening day
- Assist in franchise management, ensuring full compliance with brand standards, operational guidelines, and franchise agreement terms
- Act as a coordination point between franchisors, franchisees, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to keep launch timelines on track
Operations & Quality
- Develop and maintain SOPs, training manuals, and quality control checklists aligned with brand requirements
- Monitor day-to-day operational performance post-launch and flag opportunities for improvement
- Support business planning, including budgeting input and ROI tracking for new openings
Market Intelligence
- Stay ahead of F&B trends, emerging concepts, and shifting consumer preferences across the UAE and wider GCC
- Compile periodic market reports and present findings and recommendations to leadership
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in F&B, with direct exposure to franchise operations, concept development, or brand launches
- Solid understanding of franchise business models, royalty/compliance structures, and brand operating standards
- Strong analytical and project management skills — comfortable building feasibility models and managing multiple launch timelines simultaneously
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills; able to coordinate confidently with franchisors, contractors, and senior management alike
- Working knowledge of the UAE F&B regulatory landscape (DM/Tasheel approvals, municipality requirements, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in hospitality management, business administration, marketing.
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
