F&B Operation Manager

The Bakery is seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager to lead and develop operational processes across the company's various departments, contributing to improved performance and efficiency within a path of continuous growth and expansion.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of practical experience in the bakery or confectionery industry, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, and performance analysis skills.
• Experience with operating systems and ERP, and preparing and analyzing operational reports on a regular basis.
• Familiarity with quality and operational standards such as HACCP/GMP.
• Ability to improve processes, develop policies, manage resources, and drive automation and operational transformation initiatives.
• Skilled in managing key performance indicators (KPIs) and achieving
• operational objectives accurately and effectively.
• Recruitment from within Kuwait only
