We’re looking for an experienced F&B Sales Manager to lead our sales operations across key hospitality and beverage channels. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in restaurant management, beverage sales, and account development, with a proven ability to drive growth, build lasting relationships, and deliver exceptional brand representation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies across HORECA, retail, and corporate channels.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships.
  • Lead key account management for cafés, restaurants, and hospitality partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales goals with brand objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
  • Prepare monthly sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
  • Mentor and guide junior sales team members to achieve collective targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in F&B, with solid exposure to restaurant management and beverage sales.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality operations and customer service excellence.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Passion for coffee, beverages, and premium hospitality experiences.
