F&B Sales Manager

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven F&B Sales Manager to lead our revenue growth through strategic partnerships, event bookings, and corporate accounts. You will be the face of our culinary brand, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring every event—from intimate corporate dinners to large-scale galas—is a financial and operational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue Generation: Proactively hunt for new business leads in corporate, social, and wedding segments to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct professional tours of our facilities, showcasing our menus and unique selling points to potential clients.
  • Market Analysis: Keep a pulse on local competitors, industry trends, and seasonal shifts to adjust pricing and promotional strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and kitchen teams to ensure seamless execution of sold events.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years in F&B sales, catering sales, or hospitality management.
  • Network: An existing "black book" of local corporate contacts and event planners is highly preferred.
  • Communication: Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills; you should be able to sell a "vibe" just as well as a menu.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work evenings or weekends as needed to oversee major events or network.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR5,000.00 per month
