F&B Sales Person

We are a growing artisanal bakery brand specializing in premium, high-demand products: frozen thaw-and-serve cakes (cinnamon rolls, Japanese Cheesecakes etc). We are looking for a results-driven Sales Representative to expand our footprint across UAE supermarkets, high-end grocers, and specialty cafes.

Primary Responsibilities

• B2B Business Development: Identify and "cold-visit" specialty cafes, boutique coffee shops, and restaurant groups to place our cheesecake line.
• Retail Listings: Navigate the procurement process for major supermarket chains (Spinneys, Waitrose, Carrefour, Choithrams) for our frozen cinnamon roll retail packs.
• Sampling Management: Conduct professional tasting sessions for category managers and cafe owners.
• Account Management: Ensure consistent re-order volumes and manage "shelf-health" (monitoring expiry and display quality).

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in UAE F&B sales (HoReCa or Retail).
• Network: An existing database of procurement contacts in the UAE supermarket or cafe sector.
• Logistics: Must have a valid UAE Driver’s License and own a reliable vehicle (essential for sample transport).
• Language: Fluent English; Arabic is a significant advantage given the local market landscape.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
