Role Overview
The F&B Service Supervisor is responsible for supporting daily food and beverage operations, ensuring high-quality service standards, effective team coordination, and excellent guest experiences across all outlets.
Key ResponsibilitiesService Operations
- Supervise daily service operations in restaurants, banquets, and other F&B outlets.
- Ensure service quality meets hotel standards and guest expectations.
- Monitor service flow, table setup, and overall cleanliness during operations.
- Handle guest feedback and assist in resolving service issues professionally.
Team Supervision
- Support and guide service staff during shifts.
- Allocate duties and ensure smooth workflow based on operational needs.
- Promote proper service etiquette, grooming standards, and professionalism.
- Assist in training and coaching team members.
Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate daily briefings, service updates, and special instructions to staff.
- Ensure accurate handling of guest requests and special requirements.
Quality & Hygiene
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
- Monitor cleanliness of service areas and equipment.
- Follow hotel policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Operational Support
- Assist in monitoring supplies and minimizing wastage.
- Support basic inventory control and proper handling of equipment.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or certification in Hospitality or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in F&B service, preferably in a hotel environment.
- Supervisory experience is an advantage.
