F&B Team Leader

We are a vibrant, modern Korean & Japanese restaurant offering authentic flavors, exceptional service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We take pride in delivering a memorable dining experience and are now looking for a passionate and organized F&B Team Leader to lead our front-of-house team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the service team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Uphold high standards of customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
• Train, motivate, and schedule front-of-house staff
• Ensure restaurant cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards are met
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
• Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies
• Support management with daily reports and operational tasks

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role in F&B
• Experience in Korean, Japanese, or other Asian cuisine restaurants is highly preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a positive and energetic attitude
• Ability to handle high-pressure service environments
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic reporting
