Job Title: Front Desk Officer – Sales & Marketing

Company: Central Park (Urban Developers Pvt. Ltd.)
Location: Central Park Housing Scheme, Lahore
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reporting To: GM Sales & Marketing / Admin Head

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Assist the Sales & Marketing team with client follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and documentation.
  • Record visitor details and maintain daily attendance and visitor logs.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication and support activities.
  • Handle courier, mail distribution, and office supplies for the front desk.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure excellent customer service at all times.
  • Support in organizing meetings, client visits, and marketing events when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience as a Front Desk Officer / Receptionist (Real Estate industry preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
