Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Simulation Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will act as a structural solution specialist in Computational Structural Mechanics, working with advanced simulation tools to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide structural solutions using ANSYS Mechanical with focus on implicit analysis.
• Act as a solution specialist in Computational Structural Mechanics using tools such as ANSYS Mechanical and APDL.
• Communicate effectively and align with project requirements to ensure successful execution.
• Plan simulation activities and define simulation strategies aligned with project needs.
• Perform structural simulations, analyze results, and prepare detailed reports with conclusions and recommendations to improve product performance.
• Conduct problem background research, hand calculations, and collaborate with domain experts to bridge knowledge gaps.
• Ensure timely and high-quality deliverables for assigned projects.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in simulation technologies and methods.
• Build and strengthen long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Support internal efforts in expanding customer accounts.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 0–4 years of relevant CAE experience. Hands-on expertise in ANSYS Mechanical; experience with APDL scripting is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Non-linear Static, Transient, Linear Dynamics, and Fatigue analysis.
• Familiarity with Python programming is an added plus.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computational Mechanics or related fields in Mechanical Engineering.
• An engaging personality with strong engineering curiosity and a willingness for continuous learning.
• Excellent organizational skills, sense of urgency, and strong follow-up abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹285,236.98 - ₹1,202,156.27 per year
