Role Overview

At Instaship, you will visit transporter partners at various locations, clearly explain our logistics services, facilitate their onboarding, maintain basic partnership records, and serve as the main point of contact for their queries and needs. This is a people-centric, on-the-move role for someone who is proactive, convincing, and highly responsible.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with transporter partners face-to-face to explain Instaship’s business model and service benefits.
• Build trust and establish strong working relationships with partners.
• Onboard new partners by helping them complete required paperwork and documentation.
• Maintain organized records of onboarded partners using simple formats and update partner details in Excel sheets (basic editing and organization; no advanced formulas needed).
• Respond to partner queries, provide support as needed, and relay feedback to the Instaship team.
• Manage multiple partner interactions in a day and keep communication clear, polite, and goal-oriented.
• Show readiness to travel between locations in the city according to daily requirements.

Required Skills & Qualities

• Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi and basic English preferred).
• Friendly, approachable, and convincing personality; able to build rapport quickly.
• Organized, punctual, and responsible; able to keep clear records and comfortable using Excel for basic data entry and editing tasks (no need for advanced formulas).
• Willingness to commute within the city (travel allowance provided).
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in the field.
• Basic comfort with smartphones for calls, WhatsApp, and simple data sharing.

Eligibility

• Experience in field work, customer service, onboarding, or sales is a plus, but motivated freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Must own a smartphone and be comfortable with basic digital communication.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
