Accountant cum Cost Controller & Operations Support – Restaurant
Job Summary
We are looking for an Accountant cum Cost Controller to manage restaurant accounting, cost control, inventory, and provide operational support including procurement and supplier coordination.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Finance
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports.
- Handle Accounts Payable, journal entries, and month-end closing.
- Monitor and analyze accounting data and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and monitor cash flows.
- Manage bank transactions, reconciliations, and monthly bank statements.
- Handle tax calculations, submissions, and compliance.
- Prepare schedules and documents for internal and external audits.
Cost Control & Inventory
- Monitor cost accounting and operational expenses.
- Track, reconcile, and control inventory (food, beverages, and supplies).
Operations & Procurement Support
- Place purchase orders for restaurant supplies.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for orders, deliveries, and payments.
- Maintain supplier records and documentation.
- Handle AMC contracts, maintenance coordination, and service follow-ups.
- Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience in restaurant or hospitality accounting preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
