Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and skilled individual to join our team at Digital Imaging Systems (DIS). The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills, along with the ability to handle responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable and payable efficiently and accurately
• Prepare and maintain ledgers, vouchers, and invoices
• Reconcile bank statements and financial records
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly closings and prepare related financial reports
• Maintain accurate documentation of all financial transactions
• Coordinate with internal departments for payment and billing matters
• Support in audit preparation and ensure compliance with company policies
• Perform any other relevant accounting or administrative tasks assigned by the company

Job Location: Lahore (Shadman II), Habitat

Salary: Rs. 85,000 – Rs. 100,000 (based on experience and skills)

Qualification: MBA (Finance), M.Com, ACCA, or equivalent

Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Hands-on experience with SAP or other accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, ERP)
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
