Location: Vendome Mall, Lusail – Qatar

Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and motivated Female Arabic Sales Executive to join our team at Vendome Mall. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, managing key customer relationships, and providing an elevated customer experience in a premium retail environment.

Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Drive sales performance and achieve individual and store targets.
• Maintain and grow strong customer relationships.
• Provide detailed product knowledge and professional consultation.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior sales staff (if applicable).
• Ensure the sales floor is well-presented and organized at all times.
• Support promotional activities and events as required.

Requirements:

• Female, fluent in Arabic (mandatory).
• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a high-end or luxury environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
• Must be locally available in Qatar with valid documents.
