About the Role

We are looking for a passionate, customer-focused, and sales-driven Female Beauty Advisor & Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in beauty and wellness, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build relationships with clients while achieving sales targets.

As the first point of contact for many clients, you will provide expert beauty consultations, recommend suitable treatments and products, and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients in a warm and professional manner.
• Conduct beauty consultations and recommend treatments, packages, and retail products based on clients' needs.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.
• Follow up with leads, inquiries, and existing clients via phone, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system.
• Coordinate appointments with the reception team when required.
• Stay up to date with salon services, promotions, and beauty trends.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional events.

Requirements

• Previous experience in beauty sales, beauty advisory, luxury retail, or a premium salon/spa environment.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness.
• Target-oriented with a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive personality.
• Fluency in English is required. Arabic is an advantage.
