Job Description:

A.F. Group of Industries is looking for a confident and energetic Female Calling Agent to join our team in Multan. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with product information, and support the sales team through lead generation and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call leads received from social media.
• Guide customers about the company’s products and basic information.
• Identify relevant persons and filter out unqualified leads.
• Share the salesperson’s contact number with interested leads.
• Take follow-up feedback when required.
• Maintain a clear record of all calls and responses.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in calling or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, polite, and professional phone manner.
• Basic computer and email handling skills.
• Must be fluent in Urdu (English communication is a plus).
