HR Intern – Female Candidate RequirementPosition: HR InternDepartment: Human ResourcesLocation: OfficeDuration: 3–6 MonthsStipend: As per Company PolicyPreference: Female Candidate Only1. Eligibility Criteria

  • Female candidate pursuing or completed BBA / MBA (HR) / BA / B.Com / Any Graduate.
  • Basic knowledge of HR functions such as recruitment, attendance, onboarding, etc.
  • Good communication skills and computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
  • Freshers interested in HR field are encouraged to apply.

2. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment – calling candidates, scheduling interviews, maintaining tracking sheets.
  • Support in joining formalities – document collection, ID creation, file arrangement.
  • Maintain attendance & leave records.
  • Help in HR documentation – offer letters, appointment letters, internship letters, etc.
  • Coordinate with employees for queries, communication, and follow-up.
  • Assist HR Manager in daily tasks and HR processes.
  • Support in organizing training, meetings, and employee engagement activities.

3. Required Skills

  • Good communication (verbal & written).
  • Basic understanding of HR process.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.
