Role Overview

We are seeking a Female Digital Marketing Manager who is creative, analytical, and performance-driven. This role is ideal for someone who can take ownership of digital campaigns, generate high-quality leads, and build strong brand authority across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily content strategies across:
• LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook
• Create and publish high-converting:
• Posts, reels, and video content
• Generate qualified leads through:
• Organic marketing and paid campaigns
• Manage and grow LinkedIn presence:
• Personal branding + company page
• Run and optimize:
• Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns
• Track, analyze, and improve:
• Campaign performance and ROI
• Engage actively with audience:
• Comments, DMs, and follow-ups
• Collaborate with sales team:
• Ensure effective lead conversion

Daily Performance Expectations

• 2–3 quality content pieces per day
• 20+ targeted LinkedIn connections
• Strong engagement and response rate
• Generate 3–5 qualified leads daily

Requirements

• Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals
• Knowledge of social media algorithms and trends
• Basic skills in:
• Video editing & content creation
• Familiarity with tools such as:
• Canva / CapCut / Adobe (basic level acceptable)
• Meta Ads Manager / Google Ads (plus point)
• Excellent communication skills (English)
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and growth-oriented
