Job Title: Sales / Customer Support Representative (CSR) – Online Quran Tuition (UK Students)

Shift Timing: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Pakistan Time)

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and professional Sales / Customer Support Representative to join our Online Quran Tuition Academy serving students in the United Kingdom. This is a remote work-from-home position where you will communicate with parents and students, guide them about our Quran courses, and help convert inquiries into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries from UK-based parents and students via WhatsApp, phone, or chat
• Explain Quran courses and schedules to potential students
• Convert leads into paid enrollments
• Provide customer support to existing students
• Coordinate with Quran teachers regarding class scheduling
• Maintain records of leads and student information

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Experience in sales or customer support is preferred
• Basic computer skills (WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets, Zoom, etc.)
• Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment
• Ability to work evening shift 3 PM – 11 PM PKT
