Female Floor Coordinator

Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Female Floor Coordinator to join our Quran Academy for the night shift. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing floor operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage floor activities during the night shift
• Ensure smooth class flow and discipline on the floor
• Coordinate with teachers and management for daily operations
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and performance of staff
• Handle floor-related issues professionally and efficiently

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in management or a similar role
• Ability to handle Floor Manager responsibilities independently
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Responsible, punctual, and professional attitude
• Fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply

Shift Timings:

• 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Monday to Friday
