Female Floor Manager( Night Shift)

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Female Floor Manager for the night shift to supervise and manage activities on the female Quran Teachers’ floor. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills in English and Urdu, and the ability to handle responsibilities with professionalism and discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the performance and discipline of female Quran teachers during the shift.
• Ensure all scheduled classes are conducted smoothly and on time.
• Maintain proper attendance records and daily reporting.
• Provide guidance and support to teachers and resolve concerns or issues promptly.
• Monitor student-teacher interaction to ensure quality and compliance with Academy standards.
• Coordinate with management regarding updates, progress, and any operational challenges.
• Maintain a positive and respectful environment on the floor.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills (English & Urdu)
• Confident, responsible, and presentable personality
• Ability to manage and supervise a team effectively
• Prior experience in supervision or management is preferred
