Experience: minimum 1 year in Business Development (Upwork/Fiverr & Relevant)

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and Qualification: Identify and pursue high-potential projects on Upwork that align with the company’s expertise and business goals.
  • Proposal Creation: Develop compelling, tailored proposals that clearly highlight our strengths, demonstrate value, and increase the likelihood of winning projects.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular communication, transparency, and exceptional service delivery.
  • Project Negotiation and Delivery: Negotiate project scope, timelines, and budgets to ensure fair, beneficial agreements and oversee the timely completion of high-quality deliverables.
  • Performance Evaluation: Track proposal success rates and key performance metrics to identify trends, optimize strategies, and improve overall results.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Upwork bidding and project acquisition.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and sales skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
